1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
1. PDF guides, Digital downloads, Educational resources
2. Private group memberships & community access
3. Any other downloadable or digital content sold through our store
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
Customers will receive:
1. A download link on the order confirmation page (when applicable)
2. A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout
Private group access instructions will also be sent electronically to the email address used during purchase.
Because digital products and membership access are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate purchases made accidentally
2. Multiple charges for the same order
3.Technical issues that prevent product delivery and cannot be resolved by our support team
Any refund requests falling under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address during checkout.
If you do not receive your digital download or private group access instructions:
1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
2. Verify the email address entered during checkout.
3. Contact our support team for assistance.
Failure to provide a correct email address does not qualify for a refund; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accessing your purchase.
5. Private Group Access
If your purchase includes access to a private group, membership community, or exclusive content area, access instructions will be provided electronically.
Removal from a private group due to violations of our Terms of Service or community guidelines does not qualify for a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We maintain records of product delivery, download activity, and membership access to verify fulfillment of digital purchases.
