All products sold through our store are digital products and/or membership access products. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Download Guides

When you purchase a digital guide, your download will be delivered instantly after your payment has been successfully processed.

You will receive:
1. Immediate access to the download on the order confirmation page (where applicable).
2. A download link sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

2. Verify the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Private Group Access

If your purchase includes access to one of our private groups, access instructions will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Depending on the platform used for the private group, access may be granted:

Purchasing Both a Digital Guide and Private Group Access

If your order includes both a digital guide and private group access:

1. Your digital guide will be delivered instantly via email after purchase.
2. Your private group access instructions will be sent separately via email and may be granted instantly or within 24 hours, depending on the platform and verification requirements.

If you experience any issues receiving your digital download or accessing your private group, please contact us with:

2. The email address used during checkout
3. A description of the issue
